1. Vehicle Pickup: The rented vehicle may be driven by any person who:

   • Holds a valid ID card or passport.
   • Has a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
   • Is over 23 years old.

2. Authorized Driving:

   • The rented vehicle MUST NOT be driven by anyone other than the Renter or the designated driver.
   • Is under 23 years of age.
   • Does not possess a valid driver’s license.

3. Prohibited Uses of the Vehicle: The vehicle MUST NOT be used for:

   • Transporting passengers or goods for hire.
   • Racing or speed testing.
   • Pushing or towing another vehicle or trailer.
   • Driving under the influence of alcohol, hallucinogenic drugs, narcotics, or barbiturates.
   • Off-road driving or roads not serviced by federal, state, or provincial governments.
   • Any illegal purpose.

4. Delivery and Return:

   • The Renter agrees to return the vehicle with all documents, keys, tires, tools, audio equipment, and other accessories in the same condition as received. In case of an accident or any damage rendering the vehicle non-drivable, the Renter must bear the towing costs and return the vehicle to the address of INFINITI RENT A CAR LLC Skopje.

5. Traffic Violations and Damage Liability: The Renter is solely responsible for traffic violations during the rental period. The Renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, and insurance or the owner of INFINITI RENT A CAR LLC Skopje does not cover any damage for any reason.

6. Insurance: The vehicles owned by INFINITI RENT A CAR LLC are insured against liability for damage to third parties, and passengers are insured against bodily injury or death according to the valid policy. However, insurance does NOT cover damage to the oil pan, vehicle transmission, windows, tires, wheels (steel/alloy), the entire undercarriage, or engine damage, which are solely the Renter’s responsibility.

7. Rental Agreement Validity and Amendments:

   • The rental agreement takes effect upon signing by both parties.
   • No term or condition can be changed without the consent of the manager of INFINITI RENT A CAR LLC Skopje.
   • The Renter agrees to return the vehicle on the date specified in the rental agreement. If not returned by the specified date, the Renter will be reported to the authorities for theft or embezzlement.
   • The Renter agrees to pay 3,000 MKD per day from the expiration date of the rental agreement until the vehicle is returned.

8. Lost Documents and Keys: Vehicles are equipped with a set of documents and a key. If lost, the Renter must pay as follows:

   • Keys: 15,000 MKD
   • Vehicle registration: 3,000 MKD
   • Green card: 2,000 MKD

IMPORTANT:

• Insurance coverage for damage is NOT valid in the following cases:
  • The car is driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • No police report is provided in case of an accident or damage upon returning the car.
  • The Renter allows unauthorized persons to drive the car.
  • The Renter intentionally damages the car or its accessories.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES CAREFULLY!

• Theft insurance is NOT valid in the following cases:
  • The car is left unlocked.
  • The alarm is not activated when the car is left unattended.
  • Documents are left inside the car.

IMPORTANT:

• The Renter is responsible for any traffic violations or parking tickets incurred during the rental period.
• The fuel level should be the same upon return as it was upon pickup; otherwise, a fee of 3 EUR per liter will be charged.
• The Renter must return the vehicle clean; otherwise, a cleaning fee of 3 EUR will be charged.

THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE OR ACCIDENT CAUSED BY THE RENTER.

• The Renter consents to allow the rental company to keep a copy of their passport, driver’s license, and credit card for the deposit.

MAINTENANCE:

• The Renter must regularly check the oil level in the engine and transmission (if applicable), radiator water, battery, and tire pressure. Regular maintenance must be done every 15,000 km. Fuel and other maintenance expenses will be reimbursed upon presentation of receipts. The Renter is responsible for any damage due to improper maintenance.

IMPORTANT: SMOKING IN THE VEHICLES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If smoking occurs, a fee of 50 EUR will be charged, either in cash or deducted from the credit card. The same applies to interior damage (e.g., food stains or burns). A minimum charge of 50 EUR applies for seat damage.

If the contract is terminated early by the Renter, no refund will be given. In case of any damage to INFINITI RENT A CAR LLC Skopje, Skopje I Court is responsible for the matter, and enforcement action will be initiated against the person responsible.

By signing this agreement, you accept all terms of INFINITI RENT A CAR LLC Skopje.
